Agreement
These terms cover your use of TEAS Ready (the "App", at teas.maniotventures.com), operated by Maniot Ventures ("we"). By using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What TEAS Ready is
TEAS Ready is a study tool for the ATI TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills). It offers original practice questions, lessons, practice tests and study tools. TEAS is a registered trademark of ATI; TEAS Ready is not affiliated with or endorsed by ATI. Our questions are written by us to match the topics ATI publishes; they are not real TEAS questions.
No guarantees
We work to keep the content accurate and in line with ATI's published exam details, but we can't promise it is free of errors, and practice scores in the App are not a prediction of your TEAS score. We do not guarantee any TEAS result or admission to any program. Each program sets its own requirements; always check them with the program.
Not medical advice
Anatomy, physiology and other health content in the App is for exam preparation only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat anyone.
Using the App
- You may use the App for your own study, and nursing programs may point their applicants to it.
- Please don't copy, republish or sell our questions, lessons or guides in bulk, scrape the App, or try to disrupt or break into it.
- Your progress is stored on your device; we are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared.
Content and trademarks
The App's text, questions, design and code belong to Maniot Ventures. TEAS and ATI TEAS are trademarks of ATI and are used only to describe the exam this App helps you prepare for.
Payments
TEAS Ready is free to use today, and no paid plan is live. If a paid TEAS Pass is offered later, its price, what it includes and its refund terms will be shown before you buy, payments will be processed by Stripe, and these terms will be updated first.
Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, or pause the App, at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the App means you accept the update.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Maniot Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
